Welcome in

Your new favourite craft school

Crafting isn't just about making something pretty. It's about learning something new, building confidence, connecting with other people and, most importantly, having fun while you're doing it.

We run creative classes and workshops for kids, adults and teams, focused on practical fibre & fabric craft skills you'll keep enjoying long after class is over. Picking up a hook for the first time or already a seasoned maker — there's always something new to learn, in person, right here on Vancouver Island, BC.

Turn up empty-handed.

Hooks, yarn, patterns and scissors are all waiting for you. Nothing to buy beforehand, nothing to research, nothing to leave sitting on the kitchen table at home.

Little hands. Big creativity.

Kids' crochet is where our journey started and will always be at the heart of what we do. They pick up patience, problem-solving and the very specific satisfaction of making something with their own two hands, and you pick up a little bit of kid-free time per week to relax, or tackle your to-do list.

  • Every student at their own pace
  • Neurodivergent kids always welcomed
  • Screen-free skill building
  • Adorable projects to show off

No experience? No problem. Come curious. We'll handle the rest.

We believe everyone can be creative.

You don't need to be "artistic." You don't need years of experience. And you definitely don't need to know what you're doing before you walk through the door.

You just need to be willing to try. Learning a craft should feel encouraging rather than intimidating, and fun rather than frustrating.

Learn it, make it, love it.

Every brain learns differently

Neurodivergent? You're in good company.

A huge number of our students are neurodivergent — and so is our company founder. Most people who find us have already tried learning from a YouTube video, or with a well-meaning friend or family member, and it just didn't click. That's not a reflection on you. Fibre crafts are hands-on and sequential, and they need to be taught that way.

We break everything down into small, repeatable steps and teach the same skill several different ways, so however your brain works, there's a route in. No judgment, no rushing — just time, patience, and a method that actually fits you.

Multiple ways to learn one skillIf one explanation doesn't land, we try another — verbal, visual, or hands-on-hands.
No rushing, no clock-watchingEveryone moves at their own pace. Repeating a step isn't falling behind.
Hands-on, broken into small stepsEvery stitch is demonstrated up close, then practised, before we move on.
Patience and support. Always.“We know anyone can learn. Our job is just to create the right environment for them to do it.”
